At the end of last year, the Korean people greeted the second inauguration season in implementing the Regional Development 20×10 Policy.

In less than a year, regional-industry factories such as foodstuff, garment and daily necessities factories were splendidly built in 20 cities and counties as planned.

The people of Kangdong County, where regional-industry factories, a leisure complex and a hospital were built at the same time, are enjoying a new life and a new civilization, full of boundless delight and optimism.

The inauguration season on this land came into being thanks to the people-first politics of the Workers’ Party of Korea and its outlook on the people that if it is for the happiness of the people, even a star should be plucked from the sky and flowers be brought into bloom even on the rock.
