A tree nursery has been successfully built in Kaesong Municipality.

The tree nursery, located in a place favourable for sapling cultivation along with an office building, seed selection and sowing ground, substrate-production ground, plastic panel greenhouse and welfare service facilities, is another material and technical foundation for regional afforestation.

Present at its inauguration ceremony on January 30 were officials concerned, builders and employees of the tree nursery.

Choe Kyong Nam, chairman of the Kaesong Municipal People's Committee, addressed the ceremony to be followed by speeches.

At the end of the ceremony the participants looked round various places of the tree nursery.
