The residents of Ragwon County, which is widely known throughout the DPRK along with Ragwonpho associated with the legends of great love, have greeted another day of significant groundbreaking for the creation of assets of civilization and rejuvenation in their locality.

A groundbreaking ceremony of construction projects for regional development policy took place in the county on February 5.

It was attended by officials and working people in South Hamgyong Province and Ragwon County and soldier-builders.

Ri Jong Nam, chief secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, addressed the ceremony.
