The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a flower basket from Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu, president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and commander-in-chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces, on the occasion of the 84th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The charge d'affaires ad interim of the Nigerian embassy in Pyongyang handed the flower basket over to an official concerned on February 12.

Written on the ribbon of the flower basket were letters reading: "I wish the respected Marshal HE Kim Jong Un good health".

On the same day, Kim Jong Un received a congratulatory letter from the Nigerian charge d'affaires ad interim.
