Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview on February 8 strongly refuted the “theory of invasion of Europe” by Russia talked about by European countries.

Russia does never make war on Europe, he said, adding that the European territory is of no use for Russia.

But if Europe prepares a war against Russia and invades it, it will be an all-out war involving all military means, not confined to special military operations, he warned.
