Greater victory in store
February 25, 2026In a nutshell, the term of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea can be said to be five years of transformation.
So many things have changed.
The Party has grown stronger thanks to the five-point Party building line in the new era and the single-minded unity of the DPRK has been further cemented.
The architectural field of the country has made remarkable progress through the construction of 50 000 flats in Pyongyang, a project pushed forward vigorously during the term of the Eighth Party Central Committee.
Thanks to the steady implementation of the childcare policy, children across the country have grown up healthily in better conditions for their upbringing while being supplied with dairy products and other nutritious foodstuffs, and students across the country have studied to their heart’s content, provided with new school uniforms, shoes, school things and satchels.
It should be said that the greatest change has occurred in provinces.
The news of moving into new houses was reported day after day as the houses were built in succession in rural villages and the steady implementation of the Regional Development 20×10 Policy resulted in the construction of regional-industry factories in dozens of cities and counties in just two years, and the factories now produce various kinds of products.
The construction of advanced health facilities, leisure complexes and grain storage stations has also helped improve the living standards of the regional people.
In particular, a modern city was built in the area of Wihwa Island in the Amnok River, where flooding had been regarded by the residents as their fate, and the area turned into a place which can steer the economic development of the region and the improvement of the locals’ living standard.
Most recently the Samgwang Livestock Farm was built as a new model for socialist rural construction and the development of livestock farming in the new era.
Witnessing the development of the socialist countryside, which is beyond usual practice and precedent, all the Korean people pleasedly picture everything in their country and their life which will change for the better in the coming five years after the Ninth Party Congress and are convinced of their rosier future.
This is the truth they have learned through the past experience and the present changes.
