A reception was given at the Mokran House on February 27 for the special guests who were invited to the celebrations of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Senior Party and government officials attended the reception.

Jo Yong Won, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee, made a congratulatory speech.

Warmly congratulating the special guests invited to the celebrations of the Ninth WPK Congress under the special interest and care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, he said that the life of revolutionary soldiers is so proud and honourable as they are under the boundlessly tender-hearted care of the great father.

All the participants toasted the good health of Kim Jong Un, the great personification of noble revolutionary obligation and comradeship, and the eternal prosperity of the country.
