Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a message of greeting from Alexander Lukashenko, president of the Republic of Belarus, on February 27.

In the message, the Belarus president extended his heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un on his reelection as general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

He noted that the successful Ninth Congress of the WPK was a proof of the excellent results of Kim Jong Un’s leadership activities and confirmed the unity of the Party and the Korean people and the courageous aspiration of the powerful and independent state for future development.

He expressed his conviction that the decisions adopted at the congress would create additional conditions for accelerating socialist construction and achieving the growth and development of the national economy in the complicated international situation.

He paid the highest tribute to Kim Jong Un and wished him good health and vigour and successes in the work for the interests of the DPRK.
