Russia decries West’s despicable behaviour
March 18, 2026The Russian permanent representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons on March 12 disclosed and denounced the despicable behaviour of the West over the use of chemical weapons by Ukraine.
He said that the West is turning a blind eye to Ukraine’s systematic use of poisonous chemicals in the theatre of special military operations while responding to Moscow’s report of Kiev’s crime to the OPCW with anti-Russia false information warfare.
He accused the Western group of turning the OPCW into a virtual hostage, pursuing their political purpose.
