Members of WPK Central Committee, Ministry of National Defence lay turf at Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations
March 22, 2026The sacred place which will record the heroic path of the martyrs in history is filled with the deep reverence of the people across the DPRK and service personnel of the Korean People’s Army for the participants in the overseas military operations who devoted their precious lives to defending the sacred dignity and honour of the country.
According to the arrangement of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, staff members of the WPK Central Committee and the Ministry of National Defence laid turf at the heroes’ cemetery area of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations on March 20.
Kim Jae Ryong and Ri Il Hwan, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK, and other secretaries of the WPK Central Committee and leading officials of the Ministry of National Defence laid turf together.
The participants finished the greening of the heroes’ cemetery area, putting their sincerity in every blade of grass and recollecting the proud sons of the country.
The members of the Party Central Committee and the Ministry of National Defence were firmly convinced that the soon-to-be-inaugurated museum will shine forever as a platform of immortality praising the worthwhile life of the heroic soldiers through generations and as a symbol of the most just state and people and the most powerful army.
