The Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea stressed that the new five-year struggle would also rely completely on the country’s internal force, the great might of the people, and that the ideals of “The people are god,” single-hearted unity and self-reliance will be invariably uplifted as a banner of struggle and advance.
