Shortly ago, an officer of the Japanese Ground “Self-Defense Force” carrying a knife intruded into the Chinese embassy in Tokyo over the fence.  

The intruder was arrested and handed over to the prosecution.

Answering the question raised by a journalist as to the incident on March 31, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that the intrusion has revealed how deep-seated the harmful aftereffects of Japan’s rightist idea and distorted view on history are and how heavy the damage from them is.

Asserting that the international community should exercise heightened vigilance against the SDF’s deviation to the Right and Japan’s remilitarization, he strongly urged Japan to thoroughly investigate the case and fundamentally prevent the recurrence of such incident.
