As they held the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in high esteem as their great leader, the Workers’ Party of Korea has been able to develop into a party firmly carrying forward its character and original nature and successfully fulfil the key tasks of strengthening itself as a whole in the new era and the DPRK has been able to become a dignified country.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un proclaimed Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the eternal guiding ideology of the Party and the modelling of the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as its supreme programme, clarified important guidelines for the strengthening and development of the Party in each period and at each stage of the developing revolution and energetically led the work to enhance its leadership ability and fighting efficiency.

His leadership was the fundamental source of strengthening and developing the Party into a revolutionary one with the definite uniformity of ideology and leadership and bringing about a great turn in overall Party building, activities and work.

He defined the essence of the great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the people-first principle and established it as the solid climate of the Party to make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people.

His people-first politics has further highlighted the character and original nature of the WPK as a genuine party of the people and put the ideological and volitional, moral obligation-based unity of the Party Central Committee and the masses of the people onto a new high level.

The five-point line of Party building in the new era put forward by General Secretary Kim Jong Un is a powerful weapon that makes it possible to build the Party into the one that is politically mature, organizationally firm, ideologically pure, strict in discipline and sound in the style of work.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is an outstanding state leader who demonstrated the dignity and prestige of the DPRK to the world.

He attached primary significance to the work for increasing the political and military strength of the country and carried it out thoroughly and perfectly.

Thanks to his bold decision and power of tenacious execution, the political and ideological might peculiar to the DPRK with single-minded unity as the core has been consolidated in every way and the country attained the status of a full-fledged military power equipped with powerful physical means of self-defence.

Under his leadership, a great drive for creation was dynamically waged on this land, resulting in the appearance of new streets, ideal socialist villages, many factories conducive to improving the people’s living standards and bases for cultural and emotional life and ushering in a new era of overall development of socialism which witnesses new standards of development and model entities representing and leading the times.

He declared the regional development policy as a state policy on the basis of setting out its orientation and confirming the feasibility of its implementation through the stage of experience accumulation in order to eliminate the centuries-old backwardness of the regions and realize the cherished desires of the regional people.

Witnessing the present reality in which historic and epoch-making tasks, which others failed to notice or regarded as impossible even if they noticed them, the Korean people are convinced that the DPRK is a country where they all live happily and harmoniously, helping and leading one another forward.

That is why all the people re-elected Comrade Kim Jong Un as President of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK at the First Session of the 15th Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK for a new era of national prosperity and for their descendants who will be happy forever in its embrace.
