A foreign organization and personages sent flower baskets to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. They included the Association for Praying for Immortality of the Palace of the Sun in Dandong City of China under the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation, honorary directors Qiu Shuibo and Qiu Jianliang of the Board of Directors of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation, and members of the foundation Svetlana Odintzova, Cheng Shufeng, Li Fayin, Fan Shitao, Wu Mingbao, Lin Lechun, Jie Wenqiang, Lu Baohong, Gao Fenglin, Cui Zongwei, Guo Deli, Jia Desheng, Fan Minghai, Cui Tongjun, and Wang Shuli, Tang Yiming, general manager of the Liaoning Yida Wuliu Co. Ltd. of China, and Pan Chunxiang, managing director of the Rongrongmeihao Electronic Science and Technology Co. Ltd. in Dandong of China.
Their flower baskets were placed at the statues of the great leaders on April 13.
On the same day, flower baskets were also laid at the statues by the missions of international organizations in the DPRK, Ma Liyou, general manager of the Lun Zelin Co. Ltd. in Dandong of China, and Cai Xiaobing, general manager of the Tangshan Haihang Hengyu Commerce Trade Co. Ltd. of China.
