"Spring holiday is eternal thanks to the Marshal", a performance of the art group members of the Pyongyang Students and Children’s Palace, was given at the Pyongyang Municipal Youth Park Open-air Theatre on April 13 in celebration of the 114th birth anniversary of the great leader Generalissimo Kim Il Sung.

Among the audience were Ju Chang Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials concerned, officials of the youth league, students of Mangyongdae and Chilgol revolutionary schools and other schoolchildren in Pyongyang.

A variety of numbers was staged, including song and dance "We Are the Happiest in the World" and narrative poem and song "My Country Represents the Whole Life of the Generalissimo".

The performers highly praised the revolutionary career and exploits of President Kim Il Sung, who put forward the children as the king of the country and brought the bright future to the rising generations with his warm love and affection.

They well represented all the schoolchildren's deep reverence for the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un through an instrumental duet and chorus, national instrument music and song and other numbers.

They also showed, through a female chorus and an accordion and dance, the ardent desire of the younger generations to prepare themselves as reliable future pillars of socialist Korea by firmly carrying forward the traditions of loyalty and patriotism under the uplifted flag of the Korean Children's Union.
