Russian Ministry of Interior delegation arrives in Pyongyang
April 22, 2026A delegation of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation led by Minister Vladimir Kolokoltev arrived in Pyongyang on April 20 to visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of its Ministry of Public Security.
Flying at the flagstaffs of Pyongyang International Airport were the national flags of the DPRK and Russia and the honour guards of the Korean People's Army lined up at the apron of the airport.
The delegation was greeted by Minister Pang Tu Sop of Public Security of the DPRK, officials concerned and Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Vladimir Topeha and staff members of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
A woman security officer presented a bouquet to Vladimir Kolokoltev.
