Jo Yong Won, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, met with the delegation of the Ministry of Interior of the Russian Federation led by Minister Vladimir Kolokoltev which paid a courtesy call on him at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on April 22.

He had a talk with the delegation in a friendly atmosphere.

Present there were Minister Pang Tu Sop of Public Security of the DPRK, officials concerned and Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Vladimir Topeha of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
