A dance party of women's union officials and members took place at the plaza of the Arch of Triumph in Pyongyang on April 24 to celebrate the 94th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.

The dance party started with the song “Long live Generalissimo Kim Il Sung”. Its participants danced with boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung who founded the first revolutionary armed forces of Juche type under the banner of independence and self-reliance and led the anti-Japanese war to victory and thus achieved the historic cause of national liberation.

They danced to the tune of revolutionary songs, recollecting the noble spiritual world of the revolutionary forerunners who had fought the protracted and bloody anti-Japanese war by displaying the transparent spirit of devotedly defending the leader, the fighting spirit of self-reliance and fortitude and revolutionary optimism.

The venue of the dance party reverberated with songs reflecting the valuable truth that the country is just the embrace of the great leader and the strong will to defend and glorify the precious motherland.

The dance party ended with the song “We Will Defend General Kim Jong Un with Our Lives”. It showed well the participants' revolutionary enthusiasm and will to demonstrate the mettle of the Korean women in the ongoing general advance for ushering in a new era of comprehensive national development, true to the ideas and leadership of the Central Committee of the great Workers’ Party of Korea.
