Naval forces should be bolstered up: Patrushev says
May 6, 2026Russian Presidential Aide Nikolai Patrushev called for bolstering up the naval forces in a diplomatic meeting on April 28.
At present, building up the naval forces to cope with the increasing challenges and threats on the sea is an issue of special importance, he said.
He stressed that a sovereign state should have a mighty fleet that suits all concepts and technical requirements of modern times.
