Russian delegation arrives in Pyongyang
May 8, 2026A delegation of the Hydro-Meteorological and Environmental Monitoring Bureau of the Russian Federation led by Director Igor Shmakov arrived in Pyongyang on May 6.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the State Hydro-Meteorological Administration and the charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang and its staff members.
