South Hwanghae provincial delegation leaves for Russia
May 22, 2026A South Hwanghae provincial delegation of the DPRK led by An Myong Jun, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People’s Committee, left Pyongyang on May 20 to visit Russia.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials concerned and the charge d’affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
