The South Phyongan provincial friendship delegation led by Ri Song Bom, chairman of the South Phyongan Provincial People’s Committee, returned home on May 20 after visiting Amur Region of the Russian Federation.

The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by officials of the South Phyongan Provincial People’s Committee and a staff member of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
