The Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill boosts production to attain the higher production goal.

The factory directs efforts to readjusting and reinforcing the equipment and production processes to improve the rate of operation of equipment.

It restored to their original state and upgraded with advanced technology more than 100 pieces of equipment and machines including spinning machines, carding machines and flexible rapier weaving machines, thus laying a foundation for increasing the production of spun yarn and fabrics.

It also newly made storing boards for over a dozen hydraulic weaving machines to normalize the production of school uniforms on a high level and maintained and restored the cotton opening and picking machine and dozens of carding machines which had been kept idle to increase the production capacity of spun yarn.

As a result, the factory recently finished the first-stage production of school uniforms for new students in the new school year.

This year, 16 workers of the factory have already fulfilled their yearly plans and over 200 others carried out their plans for the first half of the year.

Following their examples, many weavers have now taken charge of machines two to three times more than their assignments of work to hit the planned targets for this year earlier and continue to renew the records.

Now, the factory widely applies valuable technical innovation plans to production while effectively holding discussions and experience-sharing meetings to maximize the per-hour production efficiency.
