Russian president stresses need to punish terrorist criminals
June 9, 2026Russian President Vladimir Putin convened a consultative meeting on June 1 to discuss the matter of assisting victims of terrorist attack on a college by Ukraine and a process of trial over the terrorist act.
At the meeting, he described the attack on the college as a bloody crime committed by the Ukrainian military terrorist authorities and emphasized that all criminals would be unable to escape due punishment.
The high echelon of Ukraine decided to write a new page of its criminal record and give a new character to the dispute, he said, adding that this is their choice.
