The North Hamgyong Provincial Fishery Management Bureau has released millions of fries into the sea this year.

It selected fishes of good species and is striving to put the fry production process on a modern and scientific basis.

Officials and employees of the Jikha Atlantic Salmon Pedigree Farm have released many Pacific salmon fries by introducing advanced fish farming technology. 

The Sapho Stocking Fishery Station raised the survival and fattening rates of Pacific salmon fries while adjusting the feed mixing ratio according to their size and growth stage and introducing advanced fish farming methods.

The Ryonjin and Chongjin fishery stations released into the sea more flatfish fries than planned by putting the breeding of fries on a scientific and technological basis on the basis of correct assessment of their nutrition and size.
