Groundbreaking means inauguration
June 25, 2026A great heyday of construction has been ushered in in the DPRK, with the result that modern houses, regional-industry factories, cosy farmhouses, cultural and recreation centres, livestock farming bases, large greenhouses and other structures have sprung up across the country.
At the beginning of the year news of groundbreaking ceremonies continues to break and at the end of the year news about their inauguration is reported in succession, and thereby the phrase “groundbreaking means inauguration” has become a byword.
They are the precious outcome of the policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea which unconditionally carries out the work for the happiness of the people.
