The Ministry of Commerce of China issued an official notice on June 22 to declare that it would include ten American entities in the export control list. 

A spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce noted that China decided to include ten American military entities in the list according to the relevant provisions of its law and regulation and prohibit the export of double-use materials to them in order to cope with the vicious tricks of the US government in repressing Chinese businesses.

That day, the Ministry of Finance of China released a notice on enforcing restrictions on 46 American businesses in the governmental procurement.
