Girl doctor pioneers new subject

She decided to pioneer a new cross-disciplinary science as a combination of pedagogy and aesthetics, which was an unexplored field in the pedagogical practice of the country.
After fully analysing preceding research data on pedagogical aesthetics and the importance of pedagogical aesthetics research, she found points to be newly addressed.
The points included the definition of the essence and characteristics of pedagogical aesthetics in the country, the basis of its mission and requirements in making the whole process of education a process of creating beauty.

With burning passion and deep thought, she solved the problems arising in applying the Juche-oriented idea on aesthetics to educational practice. On this basis she pioneered pedagogical aesthetics as a new subject.
After newly establishing the scientific and theoretical system of pedagogical aesthetics in a Korean way, she, in her paper, newly defined the essence of educational beauty on the basis of the Juche-oriented idea on aesthetics and clarified the features of the beauty essentially different from those of others existing in reality.
She also clarified the basic type of educational beauty and its expressions under the socialist educational system and relevant educational systems and the ways for creating educational beauty.
