Songdowon Friendship Camping-2026 began in the DPRK.

Camping groups of schoolchildren of the DPRK, Russia and China are taking part in the camping at the Songdowon International Children's Camp.

Present at an opening ceremony held on July 19 were officials of the Central Committee of the youth league, officials concerned and campers.

Congratulatory speeches were made at the meeting.

Fireworks were displayed in the sky above the camp, alongside a ceremony of a schoolchildren’s brass band and a small drum group and a campers' march-past.
