Andrei Rudenko, Russian vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, disclosed at a press conference on July 19 that Japan is in collusion with Ukraine in the combat drone development and production sector.

Russia is watching the situation and regarding such an act as an intolerable hostile act, he said.

Describing the collusion between Japan and Ukraine as a systematic and terrorist provocative act and undisguised hostile act against civilian objects in the Russian territory, he noted that Japan is stirring up criminal acts of Ukraine which is indulging in terrorism and massacre against peaceful inhabitants by using drones.
