The oratorical meeting-2026 of youth and students to carry forward the revolutionary spirit of Paektu was held at the Pyongyang Municipal Youth Park Open-air Theatre on August 14 on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of national liberation.

Present there were officials of the youth league and youth and students in Pyongyang.

At the oratorical meeting, the performers said that the prosperous socialist Korea is unthinkable apart from the day of national liberation President Kim Il Sung achieved through the long bloody anti-Japanese war and the future of the country will be brighter thanks to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They praised the President as the peerlessly great man and peerless patriot as he embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens and accomplished the historic cause of national liberation.

They called upon all the young people to steadfastly carry forward the transparent spirit of devotedly defending the leader of the revolutionary forerunners who shielded the headquarters from the enemy's bullets and unhesitatingly went up on the scaffold to defend the headquarters in the period of the anti-Japanese revolutionary war and the revolutionary traditions of Juche pioneered in Mt Paektu.
