Nicaraguan Ambassador to the DPRK Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez laid a flower basket at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang on August 15, the 81st anniversary of Korea’s liberation.
