Russian sailing ship arrives at Wonsan Port in DPRK
August 17, 2026The sailors and trainees of the Russian sailing ship for educational practice Pallada arrived at Wonsan Port on August 15 to pay a goodwill visit to the city of Wonsan on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of Korea’s liberation.
They were greeted by officials of the Kangwon Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned, the charge d'affaires ad interim and officials of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang, and the president of the Far-Eastern State University of Fishery Technique.
