University students in the DPRK made a study tour of the Oun Revolutionary Site on August 20 on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il's participation in the military camping.

They laid bouquets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il at Kim Il Sung University and paid tribute to them.

A kick-off meeting was held for the study tour.

Present there were Paek Un Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials of the youth league and members of the study tour group.

There was a lecture on the immortal exploits Chairman Kim Jong Il performed during the military camping in Oun-dong. Then followed speeches.

 At the end of the meeting, the study tour group members left for the Oun Revolutionary Site, flying the national flags.

At the Oun Revolutionary Site, they laid a flower basket and bouquets at the mosaic depicting the image of Chairman Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to him.

After hearing a general lecture on the site, the visitors looked round the Oun Revolutionary Museum, the historic buildings and materials on display.

During the study tour, they had a meeting to hear impressions of the reminiscences on the noble personality of Chairman Kim Jong Il as a great man in the days of military camping, a question-and-answer study contest and a contest of singing in chorus while marching in array.

And they enjoyed a performance given by the students' mobile motivation team of Kim Il Sung University.
