Russia stamps Western countries as terror accomplices
September 2, 2026Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova branded Western countries as terror accomplices at a press conference on August 27.
Disclosing that Ukraine committed terrorist acts in the Russian territory with UK-made weapons, she warned that Russia’s relevant counterattack might be launched on any military objects and technical equipment of the UK in and outside Ukraine.
And any foreign army, which obstructs the special military operations and continuous mediation process in Ukraine, will never be pardoned but become a legitimate military target, she said, adding that in this case the West will take responsibility for aggravating the dispute.
She stressed that Russia will certainly counter the hostile acts of anti-Russian countries.
