The Russian permanent representative to the United Nations expressed the stand to thoroughly attain the goals of the special military operations.

Speaking at a UN General Assembly meeting on the Ukrainian issue on September 1, he said that if the Ukrainian authorities do not recognize the reality and remove the root cause of the dispute, Russia will continue to struggle to perfectly attain the objectives of the special military operations.

There can be no peaceful settlement of the dispute without the recognition of the reality, he said, adding that the Kiev authorities are still gripped by paranoia and do not try to remove the root cause of the crisis while rejecting the people's choice.

Under such conditions Russia will exactly attain the already set goals of the special military operations by military methods, he stressed.
