Nine young women in Nampho Municipality volunteered to become crew members of the fishing boat “Young Heroine, Daughter of the Workers’ Party of Korea” of the Nampho Fishery Station.

The municipal committee of the Party and the youth league organizations in the relevant areas supported the praiseworthy decisions of those girls who are determined to steadfastly carry forward the proud baton of loyalty and patriotism of young women of the preceding generations who caught big hauls of fish by sailing through the wild sea.

A meeting was held at the Nampho Schoolchildren's Palace on September 20 to congratulate those volunteers.

Present there were officials concerned, youth league officials, young people and students. The volunteers were awarded the certificates of volunteering. Congratulatory and other speeches were made there.

After a congratulatory performance was given, officials and youth and students in the municipality presented bouquets to the volunteers and gave them a pep talk.
