An exhibition of donation to Kim Il Sung University took place on September 28.

On display at the exhibition held on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of Kim Il Sung University were many pieces of experimental equipment and apparatuses, vehicles and materials offered by the Cabinet, commissions, ministries, national agencies, provincial people's committees and other units.

The Cabinet and the State Planning Commission provided equipment and building materials needed for keeping the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in a brighter and more respectful manner and improving the educational conditions and environment.

The Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of External Economic Relations and other units presented aid materials conducive to consolidating the material and technical foundations of the university.

Officials and working people in Pyongyang and Nampho municipalities, Kangwon and Jagang provinces and other parts of the country made sincere efforts for the development of the university.

Kim Sung Du, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Sung Guk, vice-premier of the Cabinet, Ri Yong Chol, minister of Education, officials of the support units, and teaching staff and students of Kim Il Sung University looked round the exhibition hall.
