Russian delegation leaves Pyongyang
October 2, 2026The Russian delegation led by Konstantin Mogilevski, vice-minister of Science and High Education of the Russian Federation, left Pyongyang on September 30 after taking part in the Second DPRK-Russia Rector Forum.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by officials concerned, the Russian ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy officials.
