The head of the Russian delegation clarified Russia’s stand to defend its territorial integrity at the security cooperation forum of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe on September 30.

NATO’s military moves are unprecedentedly activated near the Russian borders, he said, exposing that the concrete scenarios are being created to isolate Kaliningrad militarily and politically.
