US army persists with civilian vessel hunting in the Caribbean

On October 4, it attacked a civilian vessel in the Caribbean Sea to kill four sailors.
This time, too, the US military made the stereotyped argument that the attacked vessel was sailing along the “drug smuggling route”, but failed to present relevant evidence.
