Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delegation arrives in Pyongyang
October 13, 2026A delegation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation headed by Minister Alexandr Kurenkov arrived in Pyongyang on October 11.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Chol Nam, minister of Disaster Management of the DPRK, and Vladimir Topekha, minister-councillor of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang.
