Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delegation leaves Pyongyang
October 15, 2026The delegation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation headed by Minister Alexandr Kurenkov left Pyongyang on October 13.
The delegation was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Chol Nam, minister of Disaster Management of the DPRK, and Andrey Podelyshev, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.
