Russian Education Ministry delegation visits various places in Pyongyang
October 21, 2026The delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation led by Minister Sergey Kravtsov visited Pyongyang University of Education No. 2 on October 19.
Members of the delegation went round various places of the university, being briefed on the fact that the university has been successfully built as a “pedigree” establishment capable of training reserve teachers properly in the sector of secondary education in conformity with the latest trend of educational development and the pedagogical requirements thanks to the grand plan and wise leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.
On the same day, a supplementary agreement on the establishment and operation of the Russian education centre in the DPRK was signed between Pyongyang University of Education No. 2 of the DPRK and Blagoveshchensk State University of Education of the Russian Federation.
The delegation also visited Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and other places.
