Delegation of Russian Ministry of Education arrives in Pyongyang
October 21, 2026A delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation led by Minister Sergey Kravtsov arrived in Pyongyang on October 19.
The delegation was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Ri Chang Sik, vice-minister of Education of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Andrey Podelyshev, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.
