State Hydro-Meteorological Administration delegation leaves for Russia
December 4, 2024A working-level delegation of the DPRK State Hydro-Meteorological Administration led by Director Kim Jae Hyok left Pyongyang by air on December 2 to visit Russia.
The delegation was seen off by the officials of the State Hydro-Meteorological Administration and the Russian ambassador to the DPRK at Pyongyang International Airport.
