Young people throughout the country, who are taking the lead in making a breakthrough for the fulfilment of the five-year plan for national economic development, work hard to carry out their economic plans ahead of schedule.

More than 590 young men and women in different economic sectors including coal, light, fishing and timber industries fulfilled their yearly economic plans, while over 5 100 others carried out their half-yearly assignments.

In particular, amid the fierce campaign of learning from and overtaking others and swapping experience in the coal industry sector, over 4 100 young people executed their half-yearly plans earlier than planned.

More than 80 workers carried out their yearly or half-yearly plans at the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill, including a worker who was the first to finish her yearly plan in March.
