Russia deters US nuclear strategic bombers from crossing into airspace
May 28, 2023The Russian armed forces thwarted the attempt of American nuclear strategic bombers at violating its airspace.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defence on May 23, radars of the Russian armed forces detected two aerial targets flying to its border from the air above the Baltic Sea. They were B-1B nuclear strategic bombers of the US army.
Two Su-27 fighter jets urgently took off and drove them away.
